AdvancAir environmental control units (ECU’s) for OEM applications are custom-built and configured to your exact specifications. They are intended for process level control requiring critical control of all environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, particulate filtration, molecular filtration and pressure). AdvancAirs are suited for semiconductor, defense, research or any custom application and incorporate the following features:

Completely self-contained
Choice of cooling medium (any DX refrigerant or chilled water)
Direct drive blowers
Humidification (immersed element or ultrasonic)
Many control options to as tight as +/- 0.008 C and +/- 0.5% RH
Electric reheaters
Microbial filters (amine or other)
Pre-tested at loads to minimize troubleshooting and start-up time on site
Mechanical components easily accessible with our unique 360 degree access
Premier quality, commercially available componentry (non-proprietary)
